The Gender Expression Non-Discrimination Act (GENDA) – Take Action Today!
Senator Duane and Assemblyman Gottfried have introduced legislation that would include gender identity and gender expression in New York State’s human rights law. The passing of GENDA would ensure that transgendered individuals are protected in housing and employment - everyone deserves to live and work with equality and dignity.
